About the Role
Resonate Testing are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join ourgrowingteam. In this role, youwillsupport current and future business development activities, workingclosely withour Business Developmentteam, and reporting to the Managing Director.
You will play a key role indriving growth, engaging directly with the market to uncover and develop new business opportunities. You’ll spend time researching potential clients, reaching out,qualifyingleads, and helping potential clientsdiscover how Resonate Testing can support their projects. You will also be a key link between marketing campaigns and on the ground sales activity, ensuring our message reaches the right people in the right way.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers and build tailored prospect lists.
- Engage directly with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
- Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI
- Create engaging and visually appealing graphics and content for social media posts and advertisements
- Build lasting relationships with clients and prospects through trust and credibility.
- Support the sales pipeline by tracking and updating opportunities.
- Actively representResonate Testing through networking, tradeshows, conference events
- Handle administrative tasks and other marketing activities as needed
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,Marketing, Communications or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development, digital marketing,or technical sales, ideally within aerospace, energy storage or testing services
- Organisation skills and attention to detail
- A creativemindsetand ability to generate innovativeideas
- Excellent communicationskill, both written and oral
- Ability to travel asrequired
Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Experiencein Microsoft365(especially SharePoint)
