Job Title: Multi Trade Operative (Plumbing and Carpentry)

Salary: Up to £34,500 per annum + company van, fuel card and power tools

Location: Covering Birmingham area

Contract: 39 hours – Permanent

Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday – 8am to 430pm

Friday – 8am to 3.30pm

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi Trade Operative to join our Trades team on a permanent basis

In this role you will play a key part in ensuring our properties are maintained to a high standard. You will be required carry out a wide range of repairs, improvements, working efficiently, safely, and in line with current best practices and health & safety legislation.

Delivering excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do, so you`ll be expected to work in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner always.

About you

We`re looking for someone who is skilled, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work.

Previous working experience with both Plumbing and Carpentry

Full UK driving licence

Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines

Comfortable using handheld electronic devices

Strong understanding of safe use of tools and equipment

A DBS check will be required if you are successful.
