utiveAs our UK operations continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Executive to strengthen our commercial
team.The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities across the UK freight forwarding market. This is a genuine hunter role, focused on winning new customers rather than managing an existing customer port

- rvices.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negoti
- ations.Prepare quotations and collaborate with pricing and operations teams to deliver competitive logistics sol
- utions.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and netw
- orking.Represent TLS Logistics at industry events, exhibitions, and networking acti
- vities.Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and emerging business opportu

action.Requ
- irementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Freight Forwarding Sales within the UK logistics
- industry.Proven track record of acquiring new customers and generating sustainable busines
- s growth.Strong knowledge of the UK freight forwarding market and international logistics
- services.Existing network within manufacturers, importers, exporters, or logistics decision-makers is highly d
- esirable.Experience developing business with companies trading with Turkey, the Netherlands, and the United States would be a significant a
