As Transport Administrator, you will support the Logistics team by coordinating daily transport activities, producing transport documentation and ensuring customer deliveries are completed efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound transport schedules.
- Produce accurate transport and shipping documentation.
- Liaise with third-party transport providers regarding deliveries and PODs.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal departments.
- Assist with European and international shipment administration.
- Support customs administration and export documentation.
- Maintain transport records and update departmental KPI reports.
- Build strong relationships with transport providers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to the Logistics department.
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience within a Transport Administrator, Logistics Administrator or Supply Chain Administrator role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of transport documentation or customs processes is required.
