An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Employment Solicitor to join the highly regarded Employment team of this thriving Central London firm.
Applications are welcomed from newly qualified solicitors, although you will have completed at least one seat in employment law during your training contract.
Working alongside an outstanding and highly respected Employment Partner, you will receive excellent mentoring and support while developing your expertise across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The team is known for its collaborative, down-to-earth culture, and you will also work closely with other experienced members of the department.
Your role will include assisting with a wide variety of employment law matters, including:
- Drafting employment contracts, policies and procedures
- Preparing settlement agreements
- Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and documentation
- Supporting clients on a range of day-to-day employment law issues
You will be organised, commercially aware and committed to delivering an exceptional client service. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities and a collaborative approach are all essential.
