Description
This is a pivotal role at the heart of a busy, fast-moving team. You’ll take ownership of workflow and production, ensuring projects run smoothly from brief through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing studio schedules and end-to-end workflow
- Coordinating multiple concurrent projects across video, animation, social campaigns, and print
- Preparing quotes and estimates based on client briefs, with a strong commercial awareness
- Overseeing timelines, capacity, and resource allocation across the studio
- Acting as a key client contact, ensuring clear communication and confidence throughout each project lifecycle
- Translating briefs into clear, actionable direction for the creative team
Experience
We’re looking for someone highly organised and calm under pressure, with proven experience in an agency environment. You’ll be confident managing creative teams, commercially sharp when scoping and quoting work, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting where things can shift quickly.
You should have:
- Previous agency-side experience in a creative production or project management role
- A strong understanding of creative workflows across digital, social, motion, and print
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail
- Confidence working closely with both clients and creative teams
Remuneration
- £35-40k
- Hybrid – 2-3 days per week in the office
