Interim M&A Consultant

We are currently partnering with a PE-backed entertainment organisation in its search for an Interim M&A Consultant to support the business through an ongoing period of transformation.

Reporting to the Director of M&A, this role will be responsible for supporting negotiations and transaction execution, financial modelling, due diligence, and the end-to-end delivery of smaller M&A deals.

They’re seeking a candidate who is fluent in either German, Spanish, or French, in addition to English. The role will be based in its London office and will pay up to £1,000/day outside IR35.

Essential experience/qualifications:

• Experience supporting the execution of M&A transactions from origination through to completion
• Experience conducting detailed financial and commercial analysis, and managing due diligence processes
• Proven M&A execution experience across buy-side and/or sell-side transactions
• Hands-on experience with due diligence and broader transaction processes
• Fluency in either German, Spanish, or French

Desirable experience:

• Ability to lead smaller M&A deals independently
• Experience working on cross-border European transactions
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, transformational environment
