Pertemps are looking for a reliable Metal Saw Operator to join a busy production team working with non-ferrous metals. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an immediate start available.
What you’ll be doing:Setting up and operating semi-automatic and automatic sawsCutting metal to the correct sizesMeasuring materials using vernier callipersSetting gauges and working to accurate measurementsMoving and handling metal safelyKeeping your work area clean and tidy
What we’re looking for:Experience using saws in a manufacturing or engineering environmentConfident using vernier callipers and reading measurementsGood attention to detailReliable with a strong work ethic
Hours:
Monday to Thursday7:00am 4:45pm
Pay:
£13.75 £14.50 per hour
Temporary to permanent opportunityImmediate start available
