Job Description:Administrative Assistant – US Law Firm
We’re looking for a bright and organised Administrative Assistant who is passionate about building a long-term career within executive support at a major US law firm. In this role, you’ll provide high level administrative assistance across events, pitching, marketing communications and CRM, providing a seamless service to lawyers, external clients and key stakeholders.

Prepare, format and proofread documents, presentations, reports and correspondence to a consistently high standardCreate and maintain files, spreadsheets, schedules and other administrative materialsManage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate room bookingsArrange domestic and international travel and accommodationHandle telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries professionallyProcess expenses and invoices, liaising with vendors and the Accounts Payable teamLiaise with suppliers, contractors and global Business Development colleaguesConduct research, gather data and provide ad hoc administrative support to the team as requiredAdministrative Assistant Skills & Requirements:
Previous administrative experience gained within a law firm or professional services environmentStrong academic backgroundAdvanced IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and VisioConfident using online research tools and the internet to gather informationExcellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skillsHighly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities…
