Occupational Therapist – Bank & Locum

Rehab Physio London (RPL) is recruiting experienced Occupational Therapists to join our growing team, offering flexible bank and locum work across our London-wide neurorehabilitation service. Full-time and part-time availability welcome.

RPL delivers intensive, MDT-led rehabilitation in clients’ homes and community settings across London. Our caseload spans older adults and working-age adults with complex neurological presentations — ABI, stroke, SCI, MS and other progressive conditions – across self-pay, insurance, and case management funding streams.

The Role:

• Functional and cognitive assessment, ADL retraining, upper limb rehab and spasticity management
• Environmental assessment and adaptation, vocational rehabilitation
• Equipment prescription and justification, including seating and postural management and home adaptations
• Liaison with equipment suppliers, case managers and funding bodies to support prescription and authorisation
• Sessions in clients’ homes, community settings, and occasionally workplaces or schools
• Supported discharge work with hospital teams, case managers and community services
• Full MDT integration: joint sessions, shared goal-setting and case conferences
• Block-based bookings with clear start and end dates

What we’re looking for:

• HCPC registration and strong neurological rehab experience (inpatient background ideal)
• NHS and private sector experience in the UK
• London-based with ability to travel (driving licence desirable)
• Ability to commit for the duration of a block
• Enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK required
