Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Luxury 5* Country Hotel – Berkshire

Salary: £45,000 + Service Charge & Bonus

Location: Berkshire

About the position

• Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
• Oversee the training and development of the team
• Become a guru with the food menu and wine list, sharing your knowledge with the guests and team
• Support the Restaurant manager with the day to day running of the restaurant

The successful candidate

• Must have experience working in fine dining
• Previous experience working in a high end restaurant
• A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
• A passion for wine
• A born leader with excellent communication skills
