e.The consultancy delivers commercial refurbishment, repositioning and development projects for a range of institutional investors, developers, asset managers and occupiers across Lond
on.Working within a close-knit team, you’ll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, taking projects from early feasibility through procurement, construction and completion, while working directly alongside Directors and senior clie
nts.Projects typically range from £500k to £20m+, with the majority sitting between £5m-
£10m.Key Responsibi
- litiesDeliver commercial refurbishment and redevelopment projects from inception through to compl
- etion.Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout project del
- ivery.Manage project programmes, risk, reporting and gover
- nance.Support procurement activities and contractor appoint
- ments.Administer and manage JCT cont
- racts.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted day-to-day co
- ntact.Chair project meetings and drive project progress through each delivery
- stage.Work closely with senior leadership on complex refurbishment and repositioning sc
