Location: Glasgow

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in an Engineering Manager, Engineering Team Lead, or Senior Engineering leadership position.
• Degree qualified in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of developing successful teams.
• Experience delivering engineering projects within budget and agreed timescales.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, engineering services, or a related technical environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards relevant to engineering operations.
