Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant – HR Process Optimizer (Contract)

Oracle is hiring an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant for an immediate start at £650-£700 per day, Inside IR35. This is a contract role until April 2027, requiring 2 days per week onsite in London.

The consultant will be responsible for reviewing designs to ensure they meet business requirements, challenging the HR team to adopt best practices, and maintaining effective stakeholder communication.
