Are you an experienced Development Chef looking for your next interim opportunity?
We’re partnering with a world-class seafood business in Scotland to recruit an Interim Development Chef for an initial 3-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded business at a busy time, working closely with the NPD team to develop innovative seafood products for leading retail and foodservice customers.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting product development projects from concept through to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver commercially successful products while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- An experienced Interim Development Chef with a strong background in NPD within the food manufacturing industry
- Confident developing products in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding
- Available to start almost immediately
We’re also keen to hear from immediately available Development Chefs who may not have worked on an interim basis previously but have the right food industry experience and are based locally in Scotland.
Experience within seafood is advantageous but not essential—strong food manufacturing and product development experience is the priority.
