Job Description We are looking for a proactive individual who will work closely with Placemaker teams and the contract management function to deliver an excellent workplace experience. The role includes regular travel between sites and a strong focus on operational performance, compliance and continuous service improvement. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery and development of service solution systems, identifying opportunities for service improvement Ensure a healthy, safe and secure environment, maintaining compliance with all Health & Safety legislation Manage rostering of Placemakers to meet contractual requirements, including covering sickness and planned absences Ensure all documentation (Audits, COSHH, H&S, SOPs) is completed, up to date and reviewed appropriately Oversee recruitment, training, development and supervision of frontline Placemakers Ensure all customer queries and complaints are recorded and managed in line with procedures Complete all required reporting, administration and paperwork within agreed timelines Maintain cost control across materials, consumables, pay and agency labour, while supporting revenue and margin opportunities Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Experience working with customers and ideally exposure to hard services Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages Experience liaising with engineers would be advantageous IOSH certification desirable (training can be provided) Must hold a valid UK driving licence The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
