Procurement Manager
A well-known contractor in Co. Antrim has a new opportunity for a Procurement Manager to join the team.
The position is responsible for managing the company’s procurement function, ensuring that purchasing activities deliver value for money, support project delivery, and comply with company procedures and industry requirements. The role works closely with Quantity Surveying (QS), Finance, suppliers, and project teams.
Industry Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience ideally within a Construction/ Engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and supply chains.
- Proven procurement savings and cost-control achievements.
- Experience negotiating with construction suppliers and manufacturers.
- Understanding of QS processes and construction budgets.
- Experience managing procurement schedules across multiple projects.
- Strong supplier relationship management and commercial awareness.
