Project Worker – Enterprise Court

Enterprise Court provides supported accommodation for people with mental health needs, offering a pathway that helps residents build confidence, develop independent living skills and move towards more independent community living where appropriate.

About the service

The service supports residents across a range of accommodation settings, from higher-support rehabilitation placements through to more independent flats with floating support. The focus is on recovery, person-centred care and helping people develop practical skills such as managing medication, budgeting, cooking, routines and daily living.

Residents may need support with confidence, motivation, mental health recovery, advocacy and overcoming barriers to independent living. The service takes a trauma-informed approach and encourages meaningful engagement through structured activities, community outings and therapeutic opportunities.

What the job entails

As a Project Worker, you will play a key role in supporting residents with day-to-day living, recovery goals and personal development. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.

  • Supporting residents with medication, meals, routines and daily living tasks
  • Encouraging independence in areas such as budgeting, appointments, self-care and practical life skills
  • Building trusting relationships and engaging residents in meaningful activities
  • Responding to safeguarding concerns and incidents appropriately
  • Completing support records, reviews and care planning using multiple IT systems
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide consistent, person-centred support

The role suits someone who is proactive, creative and confident taking initiative, whether that means starting a new activity, encouraging a resident to attend an appointment, or finding practical ways to build someone’s confidence and independence.

What type of person thrives in this role

You are likely to thrive in this role if you are sociable, adaptable, kind and innovative, with a genuine interest in supporting people to achieve progress at their own pace.

  • You enjoy building relationships and motivating others
  • You are calm, flexible and able to respond to changing situations
  • You value small steps forward and recognise the importance of everyday achievements
  • You are comfortable using IT systems to keep clear and accurate records
  • You can work in a recovery-focused, trauma-informed and person-centred way
  • You bring ideas, energy and initiative to the team

Why join Enterprise Court?

This is an opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive and collaborative environment. The role offers variety, flexibility and the chance to see the impact of your work through residents’ progress and achievements. Team members are encouraged to bring their strengths, try new ideas and help shape meaningful activities and support.
