Job Description:

Client Side Asset Manager | Central London

Madison Berkeley is working exclusively with one of London’s most forward-thinking Central London Office Landlord’s on the appointment of an Asset Management Analyst.

This isn’t your traditional property company.

Blending real estate, hospitality and technology, they’ve reimagined the modern workplace and continue to challenge the way commercial property is managed. Innovation sits at the heart of the business, with AI, technology and data being used to drive smarter decision making, improve operational performance and enhance the customer experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with commercial office experience looking to build a long-term career across Asset Management within a genuinely progressive client-side business.

You’ll gain exposure to:

  • Commercial office assets
  • Asset Management
  • Financial analysis & reporting
  • Service charge budgeting & financial performance
  • Landlord & Tenant matters
  • Property Management

Unlike many analyst roles, this position offers genuine exposure across asset management, property management, finance and operations. You’ll be involved in the commercial decisions that drive asset performance, rather than being confined to spreadsheets and reporting.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2–4 years’ experience within Commercial Property, Property Management or Asset Management
  • Commercial office experience
  • A genuine ambition to build a career within Asset Management
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • MRICS or working towards is advantageous but not essential

If you’re looking to move client side and join a business that’s genuinely doing things differently, I’d be happy to have a confidential conversation.

Please note: Applications close at 12pm on Friday 3rd July, with interviews being arranged immediately.
