As a Surveyor in the property department, you will play a key role in managing and delivering property-related projects. This permanent position based in Milton Keynes offers a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible impact within the public sector.

Description

As Surveyor duties will include, however, not be limited to:

  • Manage property-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet organisational objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on property matters, including valuations, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records for all property transactions.
  • Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with internal colleagues to enable efficient and effective delivery of the client remit.
  • Support the development of property strategies that align with organisational goals.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost management for property projects.

Profile

A successful Surveyor should have:

  • MRICS qualified
  • Wide range of General Practice surveying experience
  • Strong knowledge of property regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and tools.

Job Offer
