We are currently looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a supportive and well-established team in a hybrid role based in Manchester
.This is a varied position where you will deliver both onsite and remote Occupational Health services, supporting employee health and wellbeing across a range of clients
.The Rol
eYou will play a key role in delivering a full Occupational Health service, including
- :Managing your own caseload, including case management and pre-placement assessment
- sDelivering health surveillance and workplace immunisation programme
- sProviding clear, practical advice to managers, HR and employee
- sSupporting sickness absence management and return-to-work plan
- sPromoting health and wellbeing initiative
- sMaintaining accurate and professional clinical record
sWhat We’re Looking Fo
- rNMC registered nurse (essential
- )At least 2 years’ experience in Occupational Healt
- hExperience in case management, health surveillance and pre-employment screenin
- gStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationship
- sConfident working independently and as part of a tea
- mOccupational Health qualification (desirable
