Location: Leeds (Hybrid Working Available)

The Role
Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, you’ll be responsible for delivering a broad range of professional and project-led building surveying services.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Contract Administration on refurbishment, repair and maintenance projects.
- Building surveys, defect diagnosis and building pathology.
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys and asset management advice.
- Preparation of specifications, tender documentation and project reports.
- Project management from inception through to completion.
- Client relationship management and attendance at project meetings.
- Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors as your career progresses.
About You
To be successful, you’ll ideally have:
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor status.
- Experience within a consultancy environment.
- A broad knowledge of professional and project building surveying services.
- Strong technical and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- A proactive approach with ambitions to progress into senior leadership.
