HR Director

Location: London (Head Office)

Salary: Circa £160K + Benefits

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced, commercially minded HR Director to take ownership of all HR activity for their London Head Office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, career-driven HR professional who enjoys making things happen. Working in a standalone role, you’ll have the autonomy to shape and influence the people agenda while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day delivery of HR.

Joining a growing international business with strong foundations already in place, you’ll build on existing HR systems and processes, lead key people projects, implement and enhance performance management initiatives, and support the continued development of a high-performing culture.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, pragmatic and confident working independently. You’ll be someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys seeing projects through from idea to successful implementation.

If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact and help shape the future of a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.
