Executive Assistant | Central London | £60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus – Graduate calibre (degree preferred). 5 days in office.

A successful and well-established investment firm based in Central London is looking to appoint a polished, graduate-calibre Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team, including the Managing Partner.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, highly organised EA who enjoys working in a professional, client-facing environment. Whilst the office has a focused and hardworking culture, it also offers a supportive team, sensible working hours (typically 8.30am–5.30/6.00pm), and a competitive salary and benefits package.

The Role

  • Extensive diary and schedule management for senior executives
  • Coordinating complex UK and international travel, itineraries and logistics
  • Preparing meeting packs, presentations and managing expenses
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, investors and external stakeholders
  • Supporting office operations, facilities and supplier relationships
  • Assisting with the organisation of meetings, events and company functions
  • Providing seamless administrative support across the wider leadership team
  • Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a busy and professional office

About You

  • Graduate calibre (degree preferred)
  • At least 5 years’ Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
  • Background within professional services, financial services, legal, consultancy or another fast-paced corporate environment
  • Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Confident, polished and professional with outstanding communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and a proactive, positive approach
