Simple Scaling is looking for an exceptional Operations Co-ordinator to become the operational heartbeat of our growing business.
This isn’t a traditional administration role.
You’ll play a key part in delivering world-class experiences for ambitious business owners by ensuring every workshop, programme, event and interaction runs seamlessly. From coordinating events and supporting participants to producing professional documentation and keeping multiple projects moving, you’ll help create an experience that reflects the high standards we’re known for.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll become a trusted member of our team, supporting the smooth delivery of everything we do by:
- Coordinating workshops, events and programme logistics.
- Managing participant onboarding, communications and scheduling.
- Preparing professional presentations, reports and programme materials.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, trackers and shared resources.
- Supporting diary management, task coordination and operational planning.
- Attending live events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Following through on commitments and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Identifying opportunities to continually improve how we operate.
