Recruitment Coordinator

£28–£30 per hour

City of London (Moorgate)

Fully Onsite – 5 Days per Week

Contract Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading global investment firm to appoint a Recruitment Coordinator to join its London-based Recruitment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with experience supporting recruitment processes within a fast-paced corporate environment. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process and first-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruiters across the full recruitment lifecycle, from interview scheduling through to onboarding.
  • Coordinate a high volume of virtual and onsite interviews across multiple business areas.
  • Manage complex diaries and scheduling requirements for candidates, hiring managers and interview teams.
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS.
  • Collate interview feedback and coordinate next steps with hiring teams and recruiters.
  • Prepare offer documentation and support the onboarding process for successful candidates.
  • Produce recruitment reports and assist with candidate tracking and process improvements.
  • Support wider recruitment and HR projects as required.
  • Process invoices and expense reports related to recruitment activity.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of recruitment events and team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree educated.
  • Previous experience within Recruitment Coordination, Recruitment Administration, Talent Acquisition, HR, or a similar corporate support function.
  • Strong interview scheduling and diary management experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
