We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation based on the Kent/Greater London border, seeking a proactive and organised Turkish speaking Project Coordinator to join their development team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in the delivery of a portfolio of concurrent construction and refurbishment projects across South-East England, supporting a multi-million pound programme from a busy support office environment.
The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as the communication and coordination hub across the full project portfolio – keeping multiple workstreams moving, stakeholders aligned, and documentation watertight.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day coordination across a portfolio of concurrent projects, tracking tasks, deadlines and deliverables
- Liaising between design consultants, contractors, suppliers and client representatives
- Monitoring project programmes and budgets, flagging risks and variances early
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation – minutes, progress reports, risk logs, change control records
- Supporting procurement activity including quotations, comparison summaries and purchase order management
- Managing the flow of design information to site teams and resolving queries promptly
- Supporting quality assurance processes to ensure works meet required standards
About You
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Turkish (speaking, reading and writing)
- Experience in a construction, architecture, engineering or related project environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills across competing priorities
- Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Competent with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and a collaborative team player
