Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect spend (MRO, services, consumables) aligned with business objectives
• Lead RFQs, supplier selection processes, and contract negotiations
• Drive cost optimization and deliver measurable savings
• Benchmark supplier performance and identify continuous improvement opportunit
• iesMonitor supplier KPIs, manage non-conformities, and ensure compliance with procurement processes
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple sites

Your Profile

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in indirect procurement within a manufacturing environment
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Experience with contracts, RFQs, and cost optimization initiatives
• Proactive, structured, and results-driven minset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
