Hunter Dunning is working with a design focused architectural practice delivering hospitality, residential and commercial schemes within the architecture, landscape & urban design sector. This Project Architect role focuses on RIBA stages 4 and 5, technical delivery and construction packages.

Your Experience

• Qualified Architect with UK based project experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5
• AutoCAD essential
• Working knowledge of Revit
• Residential, hospitality or commercial experience
• Cladding remediation and gateway submissions advantageous

What You’ll Get

• £45k-£50k
• Hybrid working with three days in the office and two days working from home
• 25 days annual leave plus additional Christmas closure period
• Flexible working pattern typically including home working on Monday and Friday
• Ownership of Projects
