Job Description:Oversee the performance of catering and hospitality services across your portfolio. Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve high standards and business objectives. Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and industry regulations. Identify opportunities for service improvement, innovation, and growth. Proven experience in contract catering, either B&I or Government services management. Strong commercial and financial management skills. Experienced in leading multi-site operations and developing high-performing teams. Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities. Strong understanding of food safety and compliance requirements.
