Role Summary

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the main point of contact for our installer partners, helping them successfully adopt GreenSketch while contributing to the growth of our UK installer network. As one of the first GreenSketch employees in the UK, you will help to shape the company’s growth, customer experience and market presence from the very beginning.

You will work closely with the Regional Lead of Customer Success and colleagues across Product, Marketing and Customer Success in Europe, Australia, Singapore and China. The role combines customer success, relationship management, onboarding, product feedback and market development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor to installer partners, helping them maximise value from the GreenSketch platform.
  • Onboard new installer partners and guide them through successful platform adoption.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, seminars workshops and user training.
  • Help customers maximise the value of GreenSketch’s AI-powered platform and incorporate new functionality into their sales processes.
  • Build long-term relationships with installer businesses across the UK.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and contribute to the continued growth of GreenSketch’s UK installer network.
  • Increase customer engagement, retention and platform utilisation.
  • Gather customer feedback and work closely with Product to improve the platform.
  • Support pilot programmes and early adopter customers.
  • Contribute to UK localisation initiatives and launch activities.
  • Represent GreenSketch at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support customer acquisition and growth.
  • Help develop best practice processes as the UK business expands.

  • New installers complete onboarding and first live projects within agreed timeframes.
  • Installers see clear value early in their use of GreenSketch.
  • Deliver measurable growth in active installer engagement and long-term platform adoption.
  • Customer retention and satisfaction remain strong.
  • Customer feedback is captured and translated into product improvement.
  • This role contributes directly to the growth of the UK installer network.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven sales experience within the UK residential and commercial renewable energy industry, preferably solar PV and battery storage.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with installers, distributors and partners
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Sales or related customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of UK renewable energy market and installer landscape.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence delivering software demonstrations and customer training.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-moving international environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK.

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have

  • Experience with SaaS or cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience onboarding customers to software platforms.
  • Hands-on understanding of installer workflows.
  • Knowledge of residential PV system design or installation.
  • Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 40% of the working time within the assigned region.
