Your experience

• Proven experience in managing fast paced big box retail, warehouse or fleet operations in a fast paced consumer focussed environment as well as being a confident decision maker who can operate under time pressures
• A strong leader with the ability to manage through others, plan, deliver and hold people to account for their deliverables
• Used to delivering all commercial KPI’s, focussing on the customer, leading from the front and delivering volume, accuracy and customer targets

Day to day

• Managing close knit teams of experts across different functions within the business
• Managing multiple stakeholders with a continual focus on delivering for demanding customers and making sure they are at the centre of everything that is focused on by the business
• Working in fast paced environments where flexibility and resilience are key to achieving the right goals in the right order on a daily basis
• Operating effectively in high pressure environments at pace and most importantly being able to take your managers and your teams with you
• Being proactive, anticipating issues in advance and having the ability to plan to mitigate for these issues to a high standard
