The main responsibility of the Senior Consultant is to assist in delivering advisory services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Support and lead on solutions to enable clients to meet their regulatory and operational obligations.
- Produce materials and activities for all aspects of client delivery such as training, reports, presentations, business gap analysis, project planning, risk management, in-depth case reviews
- Provide regulatory and CASS risk-focused subject matter expertise as required
- Provide leadership the team
Qualifications/Experience
- Solid CASS handbook knowledge, ideally around chapters, 6,7 8 and 10 and 15 desirable
- CASS background is essential
- Practical understanding of the UK FS sector and FCA agenda.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving toolkit
- Good work ethic and desire for continuous improvement
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and oral.
