The main responsibility of the Senior Consultant is to assist in delivering advisory services to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead on solutions to enable clients to meet their regulatory and operational obligations.
• Produce materials and activities for all aspects of client delivery such as training, reports, presentations, business gap analysis, project planning, risk management, in-depth case reviews
• Provide regulatory and CASS risk-focused subject matter expertise as required
• Provide leadership the team

Qualifications/Experience

• Solid CASS handbook knowledge, ideally around chapters, 6,7 8 and 10 and 15 desirable
• CASS background is essential
• Practical understanding of the UK FS sector and FCA agenda.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving toolkit
• Good work ethic and desire for continuous improvement
• Outstanding communication skills – both written and oral.
