Business Manager

About the Role

We’re working with a leading wealth management organisation to appoint an experienced Business Manager. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background in wealth management who can partner with senior leaders to drive business performance, operational excellence and organisational change.

The Role

You’ll work closely with regional leadership teams to:

• Deliver business plans and support regional growth.
• Drive commercial performance through reporting, planning and business insight.
• Lead the implementation of strategic, regulatory and operational change initiatives.
• Oversee business planning, budgeting, governance and performance management.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and client outcomes.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, supporting decision-making and continuous improvement.

About You

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Demonstrable experience working within a wealth management business
• Experience in a business management, commercial, operational or business enablement role.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to interpret performance data to influence decision-making.
• A track record of delivering change and working across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
• A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
