National Account Manager – UK Market (Beauty & Wellness)
Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Bonus
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially sharp National Account Manager to take ownership of key UK retail and distributor accounts across beauty, wellness, bath & body, accessories, and Korean skincare.
You’ll join a fast‑growing, trend‑driven consumer brand portfolio spanning nine innovative brands as well as an extensive private label portfolio. With global reach and a disruptive, award‑winning mindset, this is a chance to step into a high‑visibility role where your ideas genuinely shape the future of the business.
If you’re hungry to grow accounts, negotiate confidently, and build category‑leading ranges, this role gives you the autonomy, pace, and progression you’re looking for.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow key UK accounts across discounters, grocers, and export partners.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding service throughout the order lifecycle.
- Own account profitability — negotiating costs, managing P&Ls, and ensuring competitive pricing structures.
- Identify market gaps and present trend‑led product opportunities across seasonal cycles.
- Lead customer meetings and present compelling product ranges, brand stories, and category insights.
- Develop detailed account plans outlining growth strategies, risks, and commercial opportunities.
- Deliver seasonal performance reviews using data and insight to shape future ranges.
- Adjust forecasts throughout the season and contribute to monthly and quarterly sales reviews.
- Act as the central link between sales, product development, design, logistics, and production.
- Manage critical paths, purchase orders, timelines, and product sign‑off from concept to production.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in account management within consumer products, retail, or a product‑led environment.
- Experience managing UK discounters (Home Bargains, Poundland, B&M, Savers)
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitable growth.
- Confident managing complex accounts, long sales cycles, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and critical path management skills.
- Strong communicator — comfortable leading meetings and influencing internal and external partners.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to make decisions in a fast‑moving environment.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is a strong advantage.
If this sounds like the right next step for you, I’d love to speak with you.
