Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Site Manager role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Senior Site Manager will lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising site teams and subcontractors, coordinating trades and logistics, and maintaining an organized and compliant site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager delivering fit-out, refurbishment, and/or new build projects, ideally within multiple sectors such as commercial, education, or residential.
- Strong site leadership skills, including team coordination, subcontractor management, and the ability to motivate and guide on-site personnel.
- Demonstrated capability in project planning, sequencing of works, resource allocation, and managing construction programs to meet deadlines and budgets.
