Senior Project Manager | Commercial Real Estate
Up to £85,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
We’re working with a leading commercial property consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join its growing team.
This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of high profile commercial real estate projects across a diverse portfolio, working with major investors, occupiers and developers from inception through to completion.
You’ll take ownership of projects across office, industrial, retail and mixed use assets, managing programmes, consultants, contractors and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest professional standards.
The Role
- Lead and deliver commercial real estate projects from feasibility through to completion.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractors.
- Control programme, cost, quality and risk across multiple projects.
- Support business development activities and contribute to winning new work.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the team.
About You
You will ideally be a chartered professional with one of the following qualifications:
- MRICS Building Surveyor
- MRICS Quantity Surveyor
- CEng Engineer
- RIBA Chartered Architect
You’ll have experience delivering commercial property projects and be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, leading project teams and providing strategic advice to clients.

- Up to £85,000 basic salary
