We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Learning Supervisor to deliver learning workshops to students across the Agriculture, Countryside and Environment department at Easton College
Learning Supervisors play a key role in supporting students’ academic progress by running structured workshops that allow learners to practise, consolidate and develop skills introduced in their timetabled lessons. Workshops also support independent learning through research, review and assignment-related activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading learning workshop classes, working with students across Levels 1 to 3 on mainly technical study programmes, ensuring sessions are engaging, purposeful and inclusive.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage learning workshops independently
• Support students to develop academic skills, study strategies and independent learning
• Facilitate research, review and practice activities linked to taught learning
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
• Promote learner engagement, progress and achievement
• Work in line with College policies, including safeguarding and health & safety
About You
You will be confident working independently with groups of young people and able to create a calm, purposeful learning environment.
