The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Creative Account Manager to join a growing agency team, working with a range of exciting retail and consumer brands. You’ll be the vital link between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly while building trusted, long-term relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong client service skills with commercial awareness, creative thinking, and a genuine enthusiasm for bringing campaigns and ideas to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and nurturing key client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor
- Acting as the primary day-to-day contact across a portfolio of accounts
- Briefing and collaborating with Creative, Design, Production and Strategy teams
- Leading projects from initial brief through to final delivery
- Coordinating timelines, budgets and project resources effectively
- Ensuring creative work meets client objectives and exceeds expectations
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
- Presenting creative concepts, campaign updates and recommendations to clients
- Managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture
- Ensuring all work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience as an Account Manager within a creative, branding, marketing or integrated agency
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Experience delivering creative campaigns or marketing projects from concept to completion
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and project delivery
- Commercial awareness and confidence identifying growth opportunities
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Experience working with retail, FMCG or consumer brands
- Exposure to shopper marketing, experiential, activation or brand campaigns
- Experience delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns
- Understanding of strategic planning and account growth initiatives
