Account Manager – Creative Services

Manchester | Hybrid Working

£35,000 – £40,000

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Creative Account Manager to join a growing agency team, working with a range of exciting retail and consumer brands. You’ll be the vital link between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly while building trusted, long-term relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong client service skills with commercial awareness, creative thinking, and a genuine enthusiasm for bringing campaigns and ideas to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and nurturing key client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Acting as the primary day-to-day contact across a portfolio of accounts
  • Briefing and collaborating with Creative, Design, Production and Strategy teams
  • Leading projects from initial brief through to final delivery
  • Coordinating timelines, budgets and project resources effectively
  • Ensuring creative work meets client objectives and exceeds expectations
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
  • Presenting creative concepts, campaign updates and recommendations to clients
  • Managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture
  • Ensuring all work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager within a creative, branding, marketing or integrated agency
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience delivering creative campaigns or marketing projects from concept to completion
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and project delivery
  • Commercial awareness and confidence identifying growth opportunities
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

  • Experience working with retail, FMCG or consumer brands
  • Exposure to shopper marketing, experiential, activation or brand campaigns
  • Experience delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns
  • Understanding of strategic planning and account growth initiatives
