One of our clients, an established property and real estate business, is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support two Board Directors.
This is a busy, varied role for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, managing multiple priorities and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll become a trusted right-hand support, providing high-quality administrative and organisational assistance across a wide range of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage complex diaries and schedules for two Board Directors
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are arranged
- Prepare board packs, presentations, meeting papers and supporting documentation
- Organise UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Manage inboxes, correspondence and follow-up actions
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, contractors and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes where required and track actions
- Handle confidential information and sensitive documentation with discretion
- Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure documentation is organised and up to date
- Support with occasional personal administration where required
- Anticipate priorities, identify potential issues and proactively provide solutions
- Provide general administrative and PA support to ensure the Directors are organised and able to focus on business priorities
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior leaders or Directors
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, resourceful approach and the confidence to work independently
- High levels of discretion, professionalism and integrity
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience within property, real estate, construction or development would be advantageous, as you’ll already have an understanding of the pace, terminology and stakeholders involved, although this isn’t essential.
