Motif Creative is a specialist creative agency supporting some of the world’s largest brands in healthcare, life sciences and medical technology. We currently have an opportunity for an Account Manager with at least 3 years of experience to join the team.
Location: Home-based
Salary: £30-35k (depending on experience) plus employee profit share scheme
Contract: Full-time permanent

With solid B2B agency experience you’ll be joining our client-services team to work on major accounts in the B2B Healthcare and Technology space. Reporting to the Account team lead, you’ll have a proven track record in all aspects of account management and be ready to add value quickly. As an experienced Account Manager, you’ll think differently about new and innovative ways to solve the client brief and you’ll be comfortable adding meaningful insight to the creative process.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Providing exceptional service to your client base
- Managing the day-to-day business of a range of clients
- Interpreting detailed and complex information and developing inspiring and meaningful briefs
- Reviewing and providing constructive feedback on creative and design work to ensure we are delivering our best work every time
- Ownership of the client guidelines to ensure all work presented is accurate and compliant
- Being the primary contact for a range of individual clients
- Creative and strategic planning – developing ideas and recommendations to delight clients
- Financial responsibility – accurate cost gathering, estimating, invoicing and budget management
Essential skills and experience:
- A proactive learner with a curious mind – keen to dive into clients’ industries and understand your customers, as well as keeping up to date with the marcomms landscape and new technologies
- Excellent attention to detail in both creative and administrative tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid agency experience – budgeting, presenting, end-to-end project management, research, and results analysis
- Proven experience in managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
- Experience in overseeing the briefing, creation, approval, and production of a wide range of marketing and communications outputs, including advertising and digital advertising, video and animations, websites, thought leadership content, social media, presentations, and sales support materials
- Delivering effective work on time, to budget, whilst maintaining high standards
- Proactively coordinating and managing workflows through internal tools, to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
- Confident in liaising directly with senior clients to extract information, identify challenges and opportunities
