Job Description Hand Picker n Rock Solid Processing Ltd are market leaders in the recovery and recycling of metals and aggregates produced from Waste to Energy Plant Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) throughout Europe. n We require and Installation Operative for our Clyst St Mary Exeter, site on a full time basis. n As a Installation Operative you work within the Installation team, who as part of our production process sort the different metals and keep the installation clean and maintained. n Duties Include: n n Being able to work within a team oriented environment n To have a practical mindset and strong work ethic n To be motivated and willing to learn n To sorting various minerals/raw materials such as aluminium, stainless steel and copper n To clean spills on and around the installation n Able to monitor the production process and in the event of a malfunction or obstruction, inform the team leader n Help clean and maintain the installation as required during day and at end of production n To be flexible, multi skilled, able to work alongside colleagues and share tasks n Available to work at our other sites as/when required n Able to report malfunctions or unsafe situations to the team leader n Comply with set Health and Safety Regulations n n This role would suit someone who enjoys an industrial or outdoor environment, has a practical and mechanical mindset and likes being part of a team.
