Estate Caretaker — Community Spaces, Maintenance & Flexible Hours

Pertemps Telford Commercial is seeking a full-time Estate Caretaker in Telford. Your role will involve maintaining the estate, cleaning, conducting safety checks, and providing excellent customer service. You will engage with residents, supervise contractors, and participate in community events.

We require strong communication skills, a clean driving license, and experience in minor repairs. The role demands flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

The salary is £13.45 per hour, based on a 37-hour workweek across a 4-week rota.
