What You Bring!

• Ability to safely operate and drive a forklift (previous forklift experience is a strong asset).
• Comfort learning new equipment. If you’re not forklift certified, we can help you get there.
• Comfortable with technology and ability to operate point-of-sales systems.
• Strong commitment to customer service and positive interactions.
• Solid communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to interpret invoices, shipping documents, and basic numerical information.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active throughout the shift.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and reliability when it counts (schedule will include weekend rotations Saturday and Sunday).

What You’ll Be Doing (and Loving)!

• Welcome customers with a positive, upbeat attitude and help them find exactly what they need.
• Pick and prepare orders with speed and accuracy, keeping projects on track for builders and DIYers alike.
• Verify and organize incoming shipments, checking for accuracy, damage, shortages, and backorders.
• Process transactions through Point-of-Sales system; include opening/closing cash and balancing till.
• Keep our yard and warehouse clean, safe, and well‑organized, ensuring products are easy to find and ready for sale.
• Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, lumber carts, chop saws, and more.
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks, getting inventory into the right place quickly.
• Move throughout the yard helping customers, checking stock, and ensuring a smooth flow of activity.
