Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences? A leading international moving and relocation services provider is looking for a Sales Executive to join its UK Consumer Sales team on a maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work with both private individuals and corporate clients, helping them plan seamless domestic and international relocations while achieving rewarding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed business across the UK, USA and Nordic markets.
- Manage sales enquiries received via website, email, telephone, referral partners and networking events.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their relocation requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct virtual consultations or arrange home surveys with relocation surveyors.
- Prepare accurate quotations and proactively follow up to secure new business.
- Negotiate effectively to maximise conversion rates while demonstrating the value of premium relocation services.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring all sales activity is recorded.
- Guide customers through the relocation process, explaining documentation, customs requirements and key milestones.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance objectives.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth handover of confirmed moves.
- Represent the business professionally at exhibitions, networking events and customer meetings when required.
Experience required:
- Previous sales experience, ideally within the moving, relocation, logistics or international services sector.
- A proven track record of converting enquiries into sales and consistently achieving targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and customer information.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Knowledge of UK and international relocation processes would be advantageous.
- Experience selling premium consumer or corporate services is highly desirable.
- A full UK driving licence is beneficial for customer visits where required.
