We are hiring for our client for an exciting Day shift Mechanical Maintenance Engineer opportunity based in Dungannon. This role offers the chance to join a highly automated manufacturing environment where you’ll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently and reliably.

The Role
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance across automated production equipment
- Diagnose faults quickly and implement effective repairs to minimise downtime
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and reliability
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to maximise equipment availability
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
- Contribute to root cause analysis and preventative actions following equipment failures
The Person
- Time-served Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or equivalent engineering qualification
- Previous maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently or in a team
- A proactive approach with a focus on reliability, safety and continuous improvement
