Principal Associate – Non-Contentious Construction

Harkaye Core Talent is delighted to be partnering with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Principal Associate into its highly regarded Non-Contentious Construction team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised practice advising on high-value, complex construction and development projects alongside an experienced and respected team.
The Role
You’ll advise a broad client base, including developers, investors, funders, contractors and corporate occupiers, on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters.
The team is particularly keen to speak with lawyers who have strong experience in:
- Real estate development
- Development funding
- Transactional construction projects
Experience across sectors such as energy, nuclear, wind, rail, roads or major infrastructure projects would be highly beneficial, but a strong real estate-focused construction background is the key requirement.
About You
We’re looking to speak with solicitors who:
- Have 6+ years’ PQE (exceptional candidates with 4-5 years’ PQE will also be considered)
- Have a strong background in non-contentious construction law
- Are commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
- Enjoy working collaboratively on complex, high-value transactions
Location & Working Pattern
This is a London-based position operating on a hybrid working model, with an expectation of three days per week in the office.
