Our client, a well-respected high street legal practice in Greater Manchester is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their practice in a permanent role on a part time basis. They will consider flexible working, 3-4 days per week or even half days through the week. The client can also offer hybrid working.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor who enjoys managing a varied caseload, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of a thriving legal practice.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases and lease renewals
- Property development transactions
- Funding and secured lending work
- Portfolio management
- Property due diligence and title investigations
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property matters
- Have strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills
- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
- Have a proactive and team-oriented approach
