Base Salary: £130,000 – £180,000 + uncapped commission (OTE 100%)

What Will I Be Doing
You will lead the commercial effort in the EMEA region, building and nurturing relationships with the largest energy businesses. Your role involves designing and positioning Kaluza’s technology solutions, coordinating cross‑functional teams for client interactions, and guiding prospects through to contract and final engagement. You will also contribute to commercial strategy and product roadmap, and may grow and manage a sales lead team.
- Identify new client opportunities and initiate conversations with key stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of potential client needs and articulate a compelling narrative around how Kaluza can support those needs.
- Coordinate internal efforts for tender responses, key pitches, and other client‑centric activities.
- Close significant deals, including contract negotiation and pricing agreements.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to identify potential clients and craft tailored proposals.
- Attend industry events to build Kaluza awareness and engage prospective buyers.
- Potentially build and lead a high‑performing sales team.
About You
You are a “Player‑Coach” who thrives in fast‑paced scaling environments. You bring strategic insight suitable for executive discussions and the grit to dive into complex enterprise sales when required.
Ideally You’ll Have
- Significant experience in enterprise software business development, SaaS, consulting, relevant industry, or startup environments.
- Experience within the energy sector and knowledge of its market dynamics.
- Track‐record of leading complex deals over long sales cycles.
- Proven ability to win multi‑million‑pound deals (ideally £10 million and above).
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior client teams.
- Comfortable with frequent international travel.
