The business is in a strong position – new ownership, a freshly rebuilt tech stack, and a real focus on growth. They’ve done the structural work; now they need the right person to go and make the most of it commercially.

What you’ll get up to?

  • Own and drive events revenue for the venue – full accountability for hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Build a corporate client base from the ground up through proactive outbound outreach, networking and venue showcases
  • Manage the full client journey end to end – from first contact through to event delivery and post-event follow-up
  • Host and attend networking events that get the right decision-makers through the door
  • Work closely with the on-site ops team to make sure every event is delivered exactly as promised

  • A proven track record in B2B or events sales – outbound, target-driven and results-focused
  • A genuine hunter mentality – someone who builds their own pipeline rather than waiting for it
  • Confident, personable and brilliant at building relationships that stick
  • Highly organised – able to manage an active pipeline and live event delivery at the same time
  • Someone who’d genuinely enjoy being in a venue environment, engaging with the team and hosting clients in person
